Job Summary

Nations Roof is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales and developing reoccurring service revenue sources for local and regional accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish new business relationships with clients in designated territories.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Maximize market potential by working with current customers and identifying new sales leads.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to identify and understand their product or service needs.
  • Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on businesses near geographical areas of scheduled site visits.
  • Provide technical expertise and cultivate relationships with local facility representatives.
  • Utilize database of completed projects and existing customers to provide roof inspections and other services.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of commercial roofing experience.
  • Sales experience in commercial roofing or a similar industry.
  • Fundamental knowledge of roof systems and repair applications.
  • Basic working knowledge of computer programs and phone software applications.
  • Written and verbal communication and time management abilities.
  • Organized person and enjoys working outside.
  • Lift and climb up and down a 30 ft. ladder or many flights of stairs.
  • Capable of receiving instructions and clearly explaining problems and solutions to customers.
  • Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, and fall protection.
  • Must be team-oriented and willing to perform based on the company's Core Values.
  • A valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
