Engineering Program Manager, GPU

Apple is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our GPU, Graphics and Displays (GGD) group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Pre-Silicon Software Engineering projects for our next-generation SoCs. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive technical risks to resolution and maintain a multi-year roadmap of products and planned GPU & Display feature implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Define and track progress for our Pre-Silicon deliverables & SoC bringup leading into production.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple teams at Apple to drive GPU & Display feature deliverables through the product development life cycle.
- Establish, manage and communicate program feature plans, active investigations, escalations, and drive technical risks to resolution.
- Identify and highlight technical risk areas and mitigation strategies in partnership with the technical subject matter experts.
- Maintain & influence a multiyear roadmap of products and planned GPU & Display feature implementation.
- 5+ years of Project / Program Management in a high-tech environment
- Background in CPU, GPU (Graphics HW, Graphics APIs like Metal) or exposure to Display technologies (e.g. Color, HDR,..)
- Experience in introducing or having an understanding of HW into manufacturing, or high volume production
- BS/MS (EE/CS/CE)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated Leadership on major, cross-functional projects
- Ability to dive deep on technical topics and abstract the right level of information into an actionable path forward with cross-functional consensus.
