Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead our GPU Post-Silicon Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex technical projects related to GPU silicon validation, architecture, and productization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute post-silicon validation plans to ensure timely and successful product releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve silicon issues blocking product development
  • Identify and address process/methodology gaps to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive debug activities to resolve functional, electrical, and performance issues
  • Track and communicate program risks and status to executive forums
Requirements
  • BS in Engineering discipline and 10+ years relevant experience
  • Proven experience in GPU or SOC validation
  • Meaningful experience in technical leadership and/or project management
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple sites and cross-functionally throughout the organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • GPU architectural experience
  • Exposure to software driver and HW/SW interactions
  • Reasonable understanding of Power and Perf tradeoffs
