Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead the post-silicon engineering program for our GPU team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex technical projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve silicon issues and drive product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute post-silicon validation plans, working with functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Drive debug of silicon issues, collaborating with GPU and cross-functional teams to resolve functional, electrical, and performance-related issues.
  • Organize and prioritize debug tasks and experiments, tracking issues and bugs across multiple projects and communicating with software, system, and other teams.
  • Focus on issue reporting and communication of program risks and status in cross-functional and executive forums.
  • Manage materials, including parts and boards, to support post-silicon engineering activities.
Requirements
  • BS in Engineering discipline and 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in GPU or SOC validation.
  • Meaningful experience in technical leadership and/or project management.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple sites and cross-functionally throughout the entire organization.
  • Able to build trust and lead through influence in a highly complex matrix organization.
  • Comfortable navigating tough situations, juggling priorities, and managing constraints while running complex, fast-paced programs.
  • Driven to continuously improve processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills, able to articulate complex problems in simple and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Strong time and task management skills with consistent attention to detail.
