About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of GPU-accelerated machine learning solutions across Apple's product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-functional teams to develop and deploy GPU-accelerated ML solutions
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring delivery of high-quality, innovative products
  • Collaborate with AIML researchers, software engineers, and GPU experts to define, scope, and implement machine learning initiatives
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation on the program's status, including risks, schedules, and resources
  • Foster a culture of innovation, leading teams to develop cutting-edge technology and setting the strategic direction for AI/ML projects at Apple
Requirements
  • Proven experience in EPM roles, ideally within the AI/ML space or software development sectors
  • Familiarity with GPU architectures and their application in machine learning workloads, particularly model training and inference
  • Familiarity with GPU programming languages for accelerating ML algorithms (Metal, CUDA, PyTorch, etc)
  • Strong technical background, capable of working closely with engineering teams to manage software/hardware integration, performance, and scalability
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/MS (EE/CS/CE), or a related technical field
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing complex cross-team projects and delivering successful results
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
