About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our GPU and Display Pre-Silicon Engineering team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Pre-Silicon Software Engineering projects for our next-generation SoCs. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive technical risks to resolution and maintain a multi-year roadmap of products and planned GPU and Display feature implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and track progress for Pre-silicon deliverables and SoC bring-up leading into production.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple teams at Apple to drive GPU and Display feature deliverables through the product development life cycle.
  • Establish, manage, and communicate program feature plans, active investigations, escalations, and drive technical risks to resolution.
  • Identify and highlight technical risk areas and mitigation strategies in partnership with technical subject matter experts.
  • Maintain and influence a multi-year roadmap of products and planned GPU and Display feature implementation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience in a high-tech environment.
  • Background in CPU, GPU (Graphics HW, Graphics APIs like Metal), or exposure to Display technologies (e.g., Color, HDR, etc.).
  • Experience in introducing or having an understanding of HW into manufacturing or high-volume production.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS/MS (EE/CS/CE).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership on major, cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to dive deep on technical topics and abstract the right level of information into an actionable path forward with cross-functional consensus.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand or ramp up on technical concepts in a wide range of fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide succinct, accurate executive summaries of complicated situations.
