About the Role

evo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Lead to join our team. As a Retail Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, leading and developing retail team members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and maintain operational excellence in store inventory management, ship to store pick-up operations, and ship from store.
  • Provide guidance and support to frontline employees, ensuring a positive customer experience and achieving sales goals.
  • Uphold evo's visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Supervisor to positively influence employee productivity, customer experience, and sales goals.
  • Execute store sales/promotions, markdowns, transfers, shipments, and merchandising projects.
  • Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, including register management and nightly walkthroughs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using retail systems and software (e.g., NetSuite, evoPOS, BRM, HighJump).
  • Adaptability, attention to detail, cash handling, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, multitasking, problem-solving, product knowledge, teamwork, time management.
