Office Coordinator Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team at Aquilogic, Inc. As an integral part of our operations, this individual will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating internal and external resources, and providing support on consulting projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement office administrative systems and procedures
  • Manage personnel records, issue offer letters, and oversee the onboarding process
  • Administer benefits, including health, dental, and FSA/DCA
  • Coordinate distribution of 401K documents
  • Assist with project management tasks and prepare presentations, figures, and tables
  • Proof-read, revise, and assemble complex reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, knowledge, and skills
  • At least two years administrative experience in a small business office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proactive approach to task management and problem solving
  • Reliability and discretion, particularly regarding confidential matters
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to meet deadlines

This is a full-time position based in our Orange County office. We offer a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package, including an estimated annual salary of $72,000, health and dental insurance, life insurance, FSA/DCA, 401(k) with company contributions, eight paid holidays in addition to PTO time, and flexible work hours.
