Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and upgraded when necessary.
  • Pays and records invoices accurately and timely.
  • Negotiates with vendors to secure competitive pricing and services.
  • Manages the office budget to achieve fiscal responsibility.

Requirements

  • Holds a high school diploma/GED; some college education is preferred.
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field is desired.
  • Understands office software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excels at time management, prioritization, and multitasking.
  • Solves problems effectively and maintains attention to detail.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year, based on location and experience.
