We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to join our team at Aquilogic, Inc. in Orange County.

">About the Role

This dynamic individual will be responsible for managing daily operations, administering benefits, and providing support on consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure seamless office operations
  2. Prepare presentations, figures, and tables to support project management tasks
  3. Proof-read, revise, and assemble complex reports
  4. Assist with small business registrations and renewals
  5. Handle timesheets, expense reports, vendor bills, and ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, knowledge, and skills
  • At least two years administrative experience in a small business office environment
  • Strong knowledge of software packages (Microsoft Office, ADP, Constant Contact)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proactive approach to task management and problem-solving

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: $75,000 - $85,000 based on qualifications and experience
  • Competitive benefits package, including Health and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, FSA/DCA, 401(k) with Company contributions
  • Flexible work hours and hybrid schedule (three [3] days per week in office)
