Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with both new and existing customers to sell parts and services.
- Collaborate with equipment sales representatives to enhance customer experience.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
- Participate in industry associations and attend relevant meetings.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions.
- Foster customer relationships through effective communication.
- Ensure sales margins are fair and beneficial for both the customer and the company.
- Achieve established sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years' experience in a sales role within the automotive or transportation sector.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with the truck or bus industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
