Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate parts sales through both counter and phone interactions
  • Develop and maintain strong customer service relationships
  • Manage ordering, procurement, inventory, and billing processes for parts
  • Generate and process parts requisitions and purchase orders
  • Utilize dealership software and Microsoft Office proficiently
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as required
  • Ensure a clean and organized parts department and warehouse
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Conduct physical inventory counts as necessary
  • Report directly to the Parts Manager

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in parts management, warehousing, or inventory control within the automotive or bus industry
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Problem-solving skills to address parts needs for customers and technicians
  • Capability to achieve and maintain necessary parts certifications, particularly for IC (Navistar) products
  • Valid driver's license required
