Parts Counter Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Parts Counter Advisor to join our team at Secor Auto Center. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of parts orders, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage all incoming and outgoing parts, including locating out-of-stock items and submitting emergency orders as needed.
- Process parts payments and ensure accurate billing through the service department and collision repair shop.
- Package and ship parts back to manufacturers, maintaining accurate records.
- Consult parts manuals to identify the correct parts for vehicles being serviced.
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, working closely with technicians to fill repair orders.
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
