Employee Market Administration Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our store management team in all office tasks. As an all-rounder, you will be responsible for coordinating general office and administrative duties, such as processing incoming invoices, creating work schedules, and sorting and processing mail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office tasks, including processing invoices and creating work schedules.
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail for the store.
- Receive and forward orders using written or telephone correspondence.
- Record incoming goods based on delivery notes.
- Support sales by stocking shelves, labeling prices, and advising customers.
Requirements:
- Commercial apprenticeship or work experience, preferably in the retail sector.
- Strong organizational skills and reliable work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for retail and enjoyment of working with people.
- Customer orientation.
