Norwood Sales, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities and developing sales plans to achieve growth and sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities and develop sales plans to achieve growth and sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify new dealers to ensure market coverage in the territory.
- Be responsible for maximizing the territory and dealers' potential, developing sales plans, and executing them with customers.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Continually develop knowledge of products, identify industry trends, and strategies for future success and growth in the assigned territory.
- Attend and manage farm exhibitions in the assigned territory.
- Work in a cooperative manner with other employees on an inter or intra-departmental basis.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in agriculture sales, territory, and dealer management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, strong customer focus, sales-driven, and attention to detail.
- Able to travel up to 70% of the time and reside within the territory.
