  • Manage sales activities and develop sales plans to achieve growth and sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify new dealers to ensure market coverage in the territory.
  • Be responsible for maximizing the territory and dealers' potential, developing sales plans, and executing them with customers.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Continually develop knowledge of products, identify industry trends, and strategies for future success and growth in the assigned territory.
  • Attend and manage farm exhibitions in the assigned territory.
  • Work in a cooperative manner with other employees on an inter or intra-departmental basis.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in agriculture sales, territory, and dealer management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, strong customer focus, sales-driven, and attention to detail.
  • Able to travel up to 70% of the time and reside within the territory.
