Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our Food and Beverage operations team at Steamboat Ski Resort. As a Busser, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Support our wait staff by clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the bussing and wait station areas.
  • Brew coffee and tea as needed to ensure that our guests have a refreshing beverage experience.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our Food and Beverage operations.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Must have good organizational skills and be able to maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance.
  • Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of restaurant table service is preferred.
  • Must be able to interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers, and management consistent with our Service Excellence standards.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels. The noise level in the workplace is usually moderate. You will be required to lift approximately 30-50 pounds on a regular basis.
