Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team at Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp. as a Snow Removal and Guest Services Specialist. This is a seasonal, part-time/full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the safety of our parking areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage parking lots efficiently to ensure safe and steady flow of traffic
  • Provide snow removal and ice build-up prevention services around parking lots
  • Assist with litter control and clean-up after shifts
  • Provide excellent guest services, including resort information and directions
  • Solve on-the-spot guest issues and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers, and management
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • High school graduate or GED preferred
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and bend, lift heavy snow on days requiring snow removal
