Job SummaryThe Residential Therapist will provide clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, assessment updates, and treatment plans for residents.
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care and services are provided to residents.
- Participate in crisis de-escalation training and provide emergency response services as needed.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require frequent talking, listening, and physical activity.
- A competitive salary range of $6,250 - $7,250 per month, depending on experience and credentials.
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
