Residential Crisis Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Crisis Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services in Medford, Oregon.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals experiencing crisis and provide short-term support and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform crisis assessments and provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Assist with the training and clinical oversight of QMHA staff members
- Develop and implement treatment plans to support clients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Eligibility for QMHP registration
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Competitive salary range: $6,000 - $7,250 per month
- Additional 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
- Relocation assistance available
