About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our mental health treatment programs in Lane County. The successful candidate will oversee multiple programs, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment, serving individuals found unable to stand trial.

The Clinical Manager will be responsible for managing clinical services and treatment provision, supervising Residential Therapists, and documenting supervision activities. Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a mental health field, licensure as an Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist, and three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting. Minimum one year of management/managerial experience is strongly preferred.

The ability to provide licensure supervision is also preferred. The candidate must have an understanding and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and be able to assist with carrying out organizational goals in this area.

Successful applicants must have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
