Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our client's team in Camas, Washington. This is a contract position with a competitive hourly rate of $22-$26.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general information to clients and visitors about the company and its services.
- Support other departments with various tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk coordinator, receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and approachable demeanor.
