We are currently looking for a Junior Program Management Analyst to assist in our Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program (PMA 262). The successful candidate will be expected to undertake the following responsibilities and possess the requisite education and experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytical methods to assess program and project objectives.
  • Evaluate requirements, monitor status, and manage budgets and schedules.
  • Conduct management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Gather, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapon, and project acquisition programs.
  • Monitor program and project timelines and statuses.
  • Implement government-mandated processes for documentation, change control, and data management.

Additional Duties:

  • Participate in the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and Configuration Management (CM) approval processes within the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) framework.
  • Facilitate communication across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to connect Production, Sustainment, Technical, and Functional areas regarding ECPs.
  • Coordinate dialogue between the program office and Original Equipment Manufacturer to address ECP implications and contracting strategies.
  • Guide both PMA 262 and prime contractor CM teams on prioritizing ECPs based on urgency and Production IPT contracting timelines.

Experience Requirements: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years of additional work experience in roles aligned with the functional description, or an Associate's Degree plus four (4) years of relevant work experience, or six (6) years of equivalent work experience.

Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements.
