We are currently seeking a Junior Program Management Analyst to assist in our Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program (PMA 262). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks and should possess the requisite education and experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes analytical methods to assess program and project objectives.
  • Evaluates requirements, project status, budgetary constraints, and timelines.
  • Conducts management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Gathers, organizes, and interprets data related to aircraft and weapon acquisition programs.
  • Monitors program and project progress and schedules.
  • Implements government-mandated processes for documentation, change control, and data management.

Additional Duties:

  • Participates in the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and Configuration Management (CM) approval processes.
  • Facilitates communication across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to align Production, Sustainment, Technical, and Functional areas regarding ECPs.
  • Coordinates discussions between the program office and Original Equipment Manufacturer to address ECP implications and contracting strategies.
  • Guides both PMA 262 and prime contractor CM teams on prioritizing ECPs based on urgency and production timelines.

Experience Requirements: Candidates should have zero to three years of relevant experience.

Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree plus two years of additional relevant work experience, or an Associate's Degree with four years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

Security Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of the work.
