Position Overview

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is dedicated to providing top-tier professional services to both governmental and commercial sectors. Our objective is to deliver outstanding management and technological solutions that support the safeguarding and conservation of the people and environment of the United States.

We are seeking a Junior Program Management Analyst to fulfill the role of Program Management Officer (PMO) in support of our NAVAIR client. The chosen candidate will engage in a range of Account Management and Information Assurance support tasks, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assisting with the processing of System Authorization Access Requests (SAARs) for new and existing accounts
  • Coordinating user access requirements, including facilities and system access
  • Providing administrative support to the Program Management Office
  • Offering technical and administrative assistance for process enhancement initiatives
  • Supporting department leadership and personnel

The ideal candidate should possess familiarity with the following:

  • Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project management principles
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Team collaboration and cooperation
  • Capability to operate within classified systems (e.g., SIPRNet) in secure environments
  • Basic understanding of information security, Cybersecurity, and the Risk Management Framework is preferred

Qualifications

  • A minimum of an AA/AS degree and up to three (3) years of relevant experience are required. A Junior level candidate will assist more experienced staff and/or perform functional duties under their supervision.
  • A High School diploma/GED combined with two (2) years of additional experience in related work may substitute for an Associate's Degree. An Associate's Degree plus four (4) years of additional experience may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree. The selected candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in NAVAIR environments.
  • The candidate must fulfill the certification and clearance requirements as established by the DoD Manual 8570. One of the following certifications is required to commence employment:
    • Security+ CE
    • CAP / CGRC
    • GSLC
    • CND Cloud+
  • An active DoD Top Secret clearance is mandatory to start. The candidate may undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
