We are currently looking for a Junior Program Management Analyst to assist with our Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program (PMA 262) at our Patuxent River, MD location.


Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize analytical techniques to assess program and project objectives.
- Evaluate requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Conduct management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Gather, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapon, and project acquisition programs.
- Monitor program and project status and timelines.
- Implement government-mandated processes for documentation, change control, and data management.


Additional Duties:
- Participate in the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and Configuration Management (CM) approval processes within the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) framework.
- Facilitate communication across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to connect Production, Sustainment, Technical, and Functional areas regarding ECPs.
- Coordinate discussions between the program office and Original Equipment Manufacturer to address ECP implications and contracting strategies.
- Guide both PMA 262 and prime contractor CM teams on prioritizing ECP approvals based on urgency and Production IPT contracting timelines.


Qualifications:
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree plus two years of additional relevant work experience, or an Associate's Degree plus four years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements.
