Position Overview:

You will be tasked with delving into financial data to identify cost drivers affecting the organization and facilitating cross-departmental discussions with key stakeholders to ensure financially sound solutions to ongoing business challenges.

Reporting:
Organize extensive data sets to extract actionable insights and generate reports for internal teams.
Data Analysis:
Work alongside team members to gather and interpret data.
Process Enhancement:
Identify areas for improvement, propose future states, quantify potential benefits, collaborate with business leaders for successful implementation, and monitor outcomes.
Additional Duties:
Serve as a primary user of various financial systems and other business applications within the organization.
Qualifications, Skills, and Education:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance or accounting)
3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in technology with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Capable of identifying issues, analyzing relevant data, thinking critically, and proposing effective solutions.
Ability to apply sound business judgment to analytical tasks and provide insights based on findings.
Competently assess risks associated with various options.
Proven ability to independently conduct financial and/or strategic analyses accurately within established timelines.
Strong decision-making and communication skills. Ability to think conceptually, flexibly, and strategically.
Capacity to independently plan and prioritize multiple diverse projects.
Ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships across all departments and levels.
Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness; able to handle confidential information responsibly.
