ROLE SUMMARY: The Data Business Analyst is a vital contributor to the Data and Business Intelligence team. This role involves engaging in the planning, analysis, profiling, design, and testing stages of data initiatives. The Analyst collaborates closely with business stakeholders, data team members, and the entire project team to ensure successful project outcomes. You will be heavily involved in data analysis and validating information sourced from various systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with Master Data Management solutions is preferred
  • Experience with Cloud data architecture is essential
  • Exposure to end-to-end solutions such as ERP systems is a plus
  • Proficient in data profiling and analysis, with the ability to extract insights from diverse datasets
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
  • Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint and Box
  • Adept at learning new systems and implementing new functionalities
  • Understanding of intermediate Internet and client/server architectures
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and database management
