Your role will involve delving into financial data to identify cost drivers affecting the organization while facilitating discussions with key internal stakeholders to promote financially sound solutions to current business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting:
Organize extensive data sets to extract actionable insights and generate reports for internal teams.

Analytics:
Work alongside team members to gather and interpret data.

Business Process Enhancement:
Recognize opportunities for improvement, propose future states, quantify potential benefits, collaborate with business leaders for successful implementation, and monitor outcomes.

Additional Duties:
Serve as a primary user of various financial systems and other business applications within the organization.

Qualifications, Skills, and Education:

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance or accounting)
3+ years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in technology with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to identify issues, analyze relevant data, think critically, and propose effective solutions.
Demonstrated capacity to apply sound business judgment to analytical tasks and provide informed recommendations based on analysis.
Accurate assessment of risks associated with various options.
Proven ability to independently conduct financial and/or strategic analyses accurately within established timelines.
Clear decision-making and communication skills. Ability to think conceptually, flexibly, and strategically.
Ability to independently organize and prioritize multiple diverse projects.
Ability to convey complex issues succinctly and clearly, both in writing and verbally.
Strong interpersonal skills; capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships across all departments and levels.
Integrity and trustworthiness; adept at handling confidential information responsibly.
