Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced AV Installation Supervisors to lead our Commercial projects.

The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in interpreting technical schematics, sourcing necessary components (such as cables, displays, and projectors), and delegating responsibilities to team members.

These supervisors will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all resources, including equipment and labor, are efficiently allocated. There is no requirement for programming or software installation; the focus will be on overseeing the hardware and equipment setup on-site.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage a team through the entire installation process, assess the required hardware, and estimate the workforce needed to complete the project.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Terminate fiber optic cables and possess extensive knowledge of OTDR usage.
  • Provide training to team members on all termination processes.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, first shift. Compensation is competitive, up to $32/hr based on experience. Benefits include:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in electrical work.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints.

  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
  • ET Card.
