Central Services Coordinator

At The Management Trust, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Services Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our accounts receivable, collections, and escrow efforts while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and deposit attorney/agency checks and delinquent account payments to owner accounts
- Provide updated account ledgers to attorneys/collection agencies
- Process escrow refund check requests and assist with document uploads
- Manage mail and deliveries, including sorting, distribution, and scanning
- Keep inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed
- Sort and file documents, handle incoming calls, and respond to voicemails
- Research requested information and provide first-person resolution
- Log correspondence and respond to action items and web inquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide administrative support
- High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate's Degree preferred
- Customer Service skills, generally with 1 year of experience
- Patient and empathetic attitude
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to provide high-level customer service with attention to detail and organization
- Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.
- Be stationary or in motion for periods of time
- Relocate up to 25 pounds
