Job Title: Central Services Specialist

At The Management Trust, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Central Services Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our accounts receivable, collections, and escrow efforts while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and deposit attorney/agency checks and delinquent account payments to owner accounts
  • Provide updated account ledgers to attorneys/collection agencies
  • Process escrow refund check requests and assist with document uploads
  • Manage mail and deliveries, including sorting, distribution, and scanning
  • Keep inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed
  • Sort and file documents, handle incoming calls, and respond to voicemails
  • Research requested information and provide first-person resolution
  • Log correspondence and respond to action items and web inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide administrative support
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate's Degree preferred
  • Customer Service skills, generally with 1 year of experience
  • Patient and empathetic attitude
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Conflict resolution skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to provide high-level customer service with attention to detail and organization
Working Conditions:
  • Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.
  • Be stationary or in motion for periods of time
  • Relocate up to 25 pounds
