We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Finance Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The Accounts Payable Finance Coordinator will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring that invoices are accurately processed and paid on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports
  • Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Obtain approval for invoices and document any discrepancies
  • Maintain a system for organizing invoices and payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Perform check runs and initiate electronic payments
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business (preferably)
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable; preferably within a law firm
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
What We Offer

This is a temp contract with flexible hours, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-40.
