We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team at Boardwalk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer dealership group phones, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting.
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Outgoing and positive personality.
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve on all aspects.
  • Computer and phone competency, including general ability to use software and hardware solutions and input data (moderate to fast typing).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
