Compensation

We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure. Starting compensation for this role begins at $49,192 during training, with an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base salary and other eligible earnings. Employees can potentially increase their total compensation to $57,300 (with a base of $52,100, plus a 10% bonus opportunity based on individual and corporate performance) within their first year after obtaining the necessary licenses and achieving performance-based pay increases.

Required Qualifications
