About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue those opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of visual communication solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that customers are aware of the latest solutions and technologies available.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Working Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
