Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales floor team to achieve performance targets.
  • Evaluate and refine store inventory management and operational processes.
  • Cultivate and mentor inventory support specialists to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee the Finish Line checkout process to effectively communicate VIP program benefits to customers.
  • Display a strong work ethic, ensuring timely attendance and reliable performance in opening and closing duties.
  • Play a key role in employee development, conducting performance evaluations and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising Department to implement monthly merchandise plans and plan-o-grams.
  • Host pre-shift meetings to equip team members for success.
  • Pursue ongoing leadership development to enhance your abilities and contribute to the company's growth.

Estimated Compensation

Your annual salary for this position is expected to be around $60,000-$70,000, reflecting your skills, experience, and the current market conditions. Additionally, you'll enjoy a quarterly bonus tied to store performance, plus opportunities for continued education and career advancement.
