Job Description

We are seeking a Learning Manager - Stores Training & Development to lead the development strategy for our global stores organization. As a key member of the Stores Training & Development Team, you will be responsible for owning the learning strategy for all levels of our global stores organization.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Leadership Development or Stores Leadership preferred
  • Expertise in building robust and innovative content in-house that is clear, informative, digestible and visually appealing
  • Experience strategizing and maintaining a department budget
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Familiarity with different learning technologies and content development tools
  • Experience and ability to confidently facilitate engaging presentations and classes
  • Confidence to interact with and influence all levels of leadership across HR and stores
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settings
