Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a skilled Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, Bluetooth, GNSS, and battery-powered consumer devices. This role is essential for the advancement of our innovative product lineup.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electrical components and systems, including circuit boards, processors, battery systems, and wireless communication modules (Bluetooth, LTE-M, GNSS) tailored for consumer electronics.
- Assess and refine product designs focusing on power management, energy efficiency, and wireless connectivity, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate electrical systems and address complex design challenges.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures for design and system issues.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in battery technology, IoT, and wireless communication protocols, incorporating relevant innovations into product designs.

Documentation and Support
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including product design specifications, testing protocols, and regulatory submissions.
- Assist in manufacturing processes and quality control to ensure products adhere to required specifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in designing and developing IoT-enabled, battery-operated consumer electronics.
- Proficiency in analog and digital design, with knowledge of mixed signal interfaces and conversion circuits, along with the ability to specify components and subassemblies.
- Experience in power conversion for high efficiency and reliability in battery-powered systems.
- Familiarity with PWB layout, packaging, and testing of low-noise, mixed-mode circuitry.
- Demonstrated expertise in power management, energy storage technologies, and wireless communications (Bluetooth, LTE-M, GNSS).
- High proficiency in CAD and simulation software for circuit design and analysis.
- Strong design, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, complemented by hands-on lab experience using oscilloscopes, logic/spectrum analyzers, and other testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in designing for high-volume manufacturing.
