BASS Medical Group is a dynamic healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and services. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of our medical office practice. This includes front and back office management, building maintenance, patient relations and escalations, staff management, scheduling, training, and basic HR duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures
  • Comply with OSHA/CDC and company healthcare compliance requirements
  • Manage medical and office supplies, ordering, and invoicing
  • Employee relations: staff training, cross-training, meetings, reviews, and addressing performance concerns
  • Day-to-day operations: maintaining provider schedules, staffing schedules
  • Administrative duties: organizing and maintaining records, banking, bill pay, practice inventory
  • Patient-related tasks: managing inquiries and complaints, billing, data entry, processing
  • Safety Officer property inspections, regulatory compliance, and scheduling maintenance
  • Bookkeeping: bank deposits, invoices, mail payments
  • Hospital credentialing, Path lab management, vendor interactions, IT support, and surgical centers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 2-3 years' experience as an office manager in a medical setting
  • Experience with EPIC EMR
  • Background in hiring and firing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • Paylocity or payroll software experience
  • Digital phone system expertise
  • Troubleshooting computer and equipment skills

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
