Motor Vehicle Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
NANA Regional Corp is seeking a skilled Motor Vehicle Dispatcher to support our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle scheduling and dispatching to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor alarm systems and communication equipment to ensure serviceability
- Calculate penalty fees and maintain accurate vehicle logs
- Process documents and manage operator vehicle inspections
- Assist vehicle operators during breakdowns and resolve customer complaints
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a dispatcher
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of dispatch codes and phonetic alphabet
- Able to work for extended hours under stressful conditions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
