Position Overview: AEG is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our ticket sales team. This full-time, year-round role involves actively engaging with potential clients to promote and sell season tickets, mini plans, and various group and hospitality packages. Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving success in ticket sales.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to sell new season tickets, mini plans, and group packages through cold calling and face-to-face interactions.
  • Focus sales efforts on targeted demographics within the community.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through effective prospecting.
  • Maintain a high standard in personal sales performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients.
  • Represent the organization at external events to promote ticket sales.
  • Build and nurture relationships with current clients to generate referral leads.
  • Utilize innovative strategies to enhance team attendance.
  • Complete weekly reports detailing sales activities and outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison for ticket holders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record and enthusiasm for sales.
  • Ability to meet ambitious sales targets in a dynamic setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
