Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and support the Red Wing brand image through professional selling and customer service
  • Enter customer information and sales into our sales system, process payments, and balance cash drawers
  • Measure and fit customers properly for shoes and other products
  • Explain product features and benefits to customers
  • Practice industrial sales lead development and assist the Mobile Sales Rep on truck runs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required and 0-2 years related experience/training
  • Team and collaboration orientation
  • Results-oriented
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer utilization
  • Retail footwear and/or wholesale experience

Physical Demands:

  • Lifting 50 pounds, bending, lacing shoes, and climbing a ladder
  • Store maintenance duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floors, washing windows, and setting up and maintaining displays
