You will ensure compliance with resident rights policies and work to resolve resident grievances. You will monitor and analyze resident care data and serve as a member of the Regional Leadership Team responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of clinical strategies and resident activities. You will assist in coordinating actions plans to minimize liability and risks as a result of conducted compliance surveys. You will participate in State and Federal surveys and compliance investigations. You will report findings of State and Federal surveys to Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Operating Officer. You will support and follow up with communities in identifying trends and assists in the development of corrective action plans and troubleshooting resolutions. You will schedule site visits to provide supervision, clinical expertise, ensure communication, and to monitor the overall operation of the clinical services department. You will review all potential move-outs. You will review all potential move-in denials prior to any communication with prospective resident or family member. You will provide in-service training and orientation to community staff regarding survey process, risk management, corporate compliance, performance improvement, etc. You will participate in the clinical review of residents as needed. You will audit level of care assessments for accuracy and compliance. You will participate in the interview and selection process and orchestrate onboarding for community Directors of Health and Wellness. You will participate in the clinical review of new move-ins as needed and in support of the Directors of Health and Wellness.
