Job Overview

The University of Arkansas is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide exceptional care to children enrolled in UAMS Kids First clinics, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the nursing process to manage patient care problems of a complex and changing nature.
  • Assume accountability and responsibility for all aspects of care for assigned group of patients.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures according to UAMS and Kids First policies.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing PLUS two (2) years RN experience.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arkansas.
  • Current CPR instructor status or obtained within six months of hire date.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearBenefits:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans available for qualifying staff and family.

  • Retirement: Up to 10% matched contribution from UAMS.
