This Clinical Care Specialist position at the State of Arkansas in Pulaski County is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to make a difference in the lives of others. As a member of our team, you will provide direct patient care and other related services in a clinical setting, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of recent acute care hospital experience, up-to-date knowledge of ICD-CM, CPT, and Level II HCPCS coding, and proficiency in computer skills. They will also be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing and will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is $63,830.00 - $96,864.00 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, the State of Arkansas offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients, conducting physical examinations, and monitoring vital signs. The Registered Nurse will also review patient charts, consult with physicians, and refer patients to appropriate clinics or agencies for treatment.

This position is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and the ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, possessing strong organizational and time management skills.
