Job Description

As a Clinical Dialysis Nurse Specialist with First Connect, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced dialysis clinic setting. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and safety of patients undergoing chronic dialysis treatment. Your duties will include assessing patient needs, administering treatments, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a current RN license, 1-2 years of experience in nephrology nursing, and certification in hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. You should also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Clinic Details

">

This role requires working in a busy dialysis clinic, where you will be exposed to various machines and equipment, including BBraun machines. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. The shift schedule will be approximately 12-14 hours per day, with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts. As a Clinical Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you can expect to work up to 36-40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.
