About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our pediatric care team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to children and families. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring continuity of care across the continuum.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensure seamless transitions, and promote best practices.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license in the State of Arkansas, two years of relevant experience, and a CPR instructor status. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
