Job Summary: The Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator coordinates clinical research studies at Arkansas Children's Hospital. As a key member of our research team, you will serve as a resource for research study participants, families, and healthcare providers, upholding standards for human subjects protection.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare materials for approval by our Institutional Review Board (IRB) and the applicable regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct screening procedures for study enrollment and recruit participants for research participation.
  • Prepare flowcharts, study-specific source documents, and other study-related materials.
  • Ensure clinical interventions are administered according to the research protocol.
  • Collect and record subject data on case report forms using source documentation.
  • Provide clinical and research support to subjects, families, and healthcare providers regarding the needs of the study and subject/family.
  • Collaborate with other caregivers, research team members, and subject/family in planning, implementing, and evaluating research activities.
