Role Overview:
As a Supply Chain Specialist at The Fountain Group, you will play a crucial role in facilitating logistics operations across various channels including D2C, Tour, and Retail.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the comprehensive process of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that all freight and parcel deliveries are executed efficiently and punctually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics operations to guarantee effective delivery of goods, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Communicate with the operations management team to verify tracking information, packing lists, and proof of deliveries (PODs).
- Partner closely with the Logistics Manager to maintain timely and precise deliveries to and from fulfillment centers.
- Generate commercial invoices and manage international shipping documentation.
- Schedule shipments and provide tracking updates through various platforms.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with vendor regulations and manage onboarding/training processes.
- Procure supplies and build strong relationships with vendors, seeking cost reduction opportunities through bulk purchasing.
- Plan supply deliveries and forecast demand to minimize production delays.
- Engage in cross-training within the operations team.
- Coordinate with local mailrooms and office operations.
- Undertake special projects as assigned.

Required Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong computer skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Resourceful in obtaining information and analyzing data trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative to take independent action and seek additional responsibilities.
- Preferred experience in consumer products, retail operations, or e-commerce, along with logistics and transportation knowledge.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the music or entertainment sector.
- Familiarity with order management and customer service practices.
