Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join our team as an Operations Specialist within our supply chain department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing product procurement based on demand, focusing on vendor selection, relationship management, and cost optimization. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain extensive experience in brand partnerships within the e-commerce and supply chain landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily order management to ensure precision and consistency, addressing issues such as cancellations, returns, and discrepancies.
  • Engage with suppliers to guarantee timely deliveries and align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
  • Act as the primary liaison for sales representatives, vendors, and distributors, maintaining high standards of compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Swiftly resolve daily order management challenges and unexpected issues, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams and warehouse staff to monitor inventory and assess safety stock levels.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to innovative programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-oriented with the capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter capable of thriving under pressure.
  • Creative thinker open to sharing innovative ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, vendor management, pricing negotiations, procurement, e-commerce, and operations.
  • Familiarity with purchasing processes, key commercial terms, and regulations.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-Time

Office Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

Compensation: Starting salary of $50,000 plus bonuses, with potential for negotiation based on experience and skill set.
