We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Architecture to join our team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in defining and supporting Fidelity's future operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, validate, and shepherd development of opportunities to digitize Fidelity's operating system, impacting tens of thousands of internal operating associates.
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to re-engineer and effectively use technologies to drive business outcomes.
  • Define, mobilize, and support the execution of joint APS & Business Partner initiatives & roadmaps via the alignment of business and APS strategies.
  • Review and prioritize new automation and digitization opportunities and lead discovery activities to properly classify opportunities, quantify new opportunities, and identify potential gaps/challenges.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business design & transformation experience, or 7+ years management consulting experience or similar (e.g., strategy, investment banking) and an MBA from a top-tier university.
  • Proven success at leading and delivering sophisticated, strategic, and transformational growth initiatives.
  • Tops-down strategy work that led to impact on top strategic goals & objectives.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across the enterprise to interact, influence, and negotiate all levels of management.
  • Ability to empower and influence others with limited organizational authority.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving expertise as well as owning outcomes.
  • Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and managing change.
